Reflective Practice & Professional Guidance

Are you searching for guided reflection at a high professional and relational level?

Welcome!

How does it work?

The difference between coaching and professional guidance lies in several layers of our connection.
It is subtle, yet essential:

  • It is direction without imposition
  • It respects autonomy and agency
  • It allows for intuition and intellect to coexist
  • It enables thinking-in-relationship
  • Insights are co-created, not delivered

I help you orient yourself, without taking over the steering wheel.

Practical

In our online sessions we take several steps:

  • Exploring your core issue. Meaning:
When we realise we need guidance, our thoughts and feelings are often blurred. They tend to be mixed with words, questions, anecdotes, and examples. This happens because the brain likes to anticipate scenarios. When outcomes are uncertain, the mind becomes restless. This can feel fragile or unsettling.
That is why we begin by exploring the issue itself: to create clarity and calm, allowing for a broader sense of oversight.

    .
  • Formulating some relevant questions. Meaning:
We gather relevant questions by identifying loose ends. These are actual unresolved matters. These questions guide us towards key points that gradually form hubs. In this way, we ‘walk’ through the field of your issue without forcing an outcome. An outcome is not required yet; it emerges when we dare to ask deeper questions.
    .
  • You explore your field (homework). Meaning:
After the first session, some insights may become clearer while others feel less defined. This is an essential part of developing new perspectives. It is also important to let thoughts circulate during everyday life. Or during moments with friends, family, or colleagues – observing their words, ideas, and viewpoints.
    .
  • Following-up on your findings. Meaning:
We reflect on what happened in between sessions. Does the issue feel resolved, or differently shaped? How do you feel about the situation? Are there practical steps you are ready to take? What do you need to give yourself to make those steps easier?
    .
  • Wrapping up your journey. Meaning:
Of course your journey continues beyond our sessions. Life itself remains an ongoing adventure. We wrap our sessions and your learnings. Reflecting on your new insights, choices and newly developed skills.
